Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All new Inhale Club® products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. If it is determined upon inspection by Inhale Club that the product is affected by a material or workmanship defect, the product will be repaired or replaced with a like product at our sole discretion.

What this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of inhalers, wicks, or bottles.

  • Light blemishes, surface markings, or minor colour variations from the anodising or engraving process.

  • Misuse, modification, neglect, or accidental damage.

  • Damage caused by improper refilling, overfilling, or use of oils not intended for inhalation.

  • Essential oils (as reactions may vary by individual).

  • Products used for commercial purposes (such as resale, display, or demonstration).

Although our products are made from high-quality materials and produced to high standards, due to the nature of essential oils and personal use items, we cannot warrant against issues arising from personal sensitivities, misuse, or exposure to heat, sunlight, or liquids.

We reserve the right of final determination of any claim under this limited warranty at our sole discretion. If a product is replaced, the replacement becomes the customer’s property and the returned item becomes our property. If it is determined that a product is not faulty, all associated return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Safety Notice
Our inhalers and essential oils are designed for external use only. Do not ingest oils or apply them directly to skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

By purchasing or using Inhale Club products, the user accepts responsibility for proper use and assumes all risks associated with essential oils and inhaler use. Inhale Club, its employees, affiliates, and retailers shall not be held liable for any injury, reaction, or damage resulting from use outside of the intended purpose.

This warranty, and all claims relating to or arising out of this warranty, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
